The Human Dimension of Problem Solving
My latest article, of which I am particularly proud, has just been published in Consulting to Management Magazine. It is titled, The Human Dimension of Problem Solving. The good people at C2M have graciously allowed me to offer it free to readers of this blog. Here is a brief “teaser”:
Those of us who consult to management do our best work when we are fully aware of our client’s problems. It also helps to be fully aware that they are multi-dimensional human beings, that their problems often arise in one dimension while the solution resides in another, and that our job is to help them shift dimensions.
Enjoy!
